Fast UK Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

1. Orders under £99.00 ex VAT: Delivery £5.99 ex VAT
   
2. Orders over £99.00 ex VAT: FREE UK Mainland Delivery
   

Please note that delivery charges apply to mainland UK only and exclude Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands.

1–2 Working Day Delivery Service

All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service operating Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 9:00pm.

You will receive tracking details via email or SMS on the day of delivery. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist.

Our delivery partners will normally attempt delivery twice. If unavailable, parcels may be
left with a neighbouring property unless specific delivery instructions advise otherwise.
Customers can also nominate a safe place or preferred neighbour using the courier`s
tracking portal.

Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service is available exclusively from our Heywood, Greater Manchester location.
Please note:

1. Same-day collection is not available.
   
2. Collection orders may not always be ready the next working day.
   
3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
