28-Day Returns Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions

Items must:

1. Be unused and in their original condition
   
2. Include original packaging where applicable
   
3. Be returned within 28 days of receipt
   

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

1. Face coverings
   
2. Underwear

How to Return an Item:

1. Log in to your account.
   
2. Select Order History.
   
3. Choose the relevant order.
   
4. Select the products you wish to return.
   
5. Click Return Items.
   
6. A returns form will be emailed to you.
   

Please include the completed returns form when returning your items.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a
tracked or signed-for service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
If an entire order is returned, the original delivery charge may also be refunded. Partial
returns will be refunded for returned items only.

Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange
collection and dispatch replacement goods where appropriate.
Please ensure all products are checked before any decoration, printing, embroidery, or
alteration is carried out, as altered items cannot be accepted for return.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer
law.

Ordering Products
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, changes may not be possible. Please ensure
all order details are correct before completing checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

1. Stock unavailability
2. Payment authorisation issues
   
3. Pricing errors
   
4. Product information inaccuracies
   

If we need to cancel or amend an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Customers retain cancellation rights where applicable under UK consumer legislation.

Delivery Disclaimer
While we make every effort to dispatch orders within stated timescales, we cannot accept
liability for courier delays or consequential losses occurring after goods have been handed
to the delivery provider.
