Payment Methods

Credit and debit card payments are processed when your order is dispatched.

PayPal payments are charged immediately upon order confirmation.

If we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order, any unavailable items will be refunded to
the original payment method.

Overseas Orders
International orders must be paid via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Card Security & Fraud Prevention
All card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer.
Should authorisation be declined, we will notify you immediately during checkout.
To help prevent fraud, we may verify customer information through recognised fraud
prevention services. Any information shared for verification purposes will remain secure and protected.

Product Information
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, measurements, and prices are accurate.
However:

1. Product colours may vary depending on screen settings.
   
2. Sizes and measurements are approximate.
   
3. All sizes shown are UK sizes unless stated otherwise.
   
4. Product availability may change between the time an order is placed and processed.
   

In the event of pricing errors, incorrect product information, or stock shortages, we reserve
the right to cancel or amend an order and will contact you as soon as possible.

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, damages, or faults must be reported within 28 days of receipt.
Decorated, customised, or altered garments are not eligible for replacement or refund
unless faulty.

While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for courier
delays once goods have left our premises.
